Novem Group S.A. bestätigt vorläufige Ergebnisse für GJ 2023/24
Luxemburg, 27. Juni 2024 – Die Novem Group S.A. hat heute ihre testierten Zahlen veröffentlicht und die vorläufigen Ergebnisse für das Geschäftsjahr 2023/24 bestätigt. Insgesamt erwirtschaftete Novem einen Umsatz von €635,5 Millionen, was einem Rückgang von -9,3% im Vergleich zum Vorjahr entspricht. Unter herausfordernden Rahmenbedingungen verzeichnete das Unternehmen eine solide Adj. EBIT-Marge1 von 10,9%. Aufgrund der schwachen Marktentwicklung wird der Vorstand in Abstimmung mit dem Aufsichtsrat der Hauptversammlung am 22. August 2024 vorschlagen, keine Dividende für das Geschäftsjahr 2023/24 auszuschütten. Dr. Johannes Burtscher, Chief Financial Officer, sagte: „Wir haben trotz schwieriger Marktbedingungen ein solides Ergebnis erzielt. Die wirtschaftlichen Unwägbarkeiten und das gegenwärtig volatile Umfeld lassen jedoch eine nur eingeschränkte Visibilität zu, weshalb wir eine Aussetzung der Dividende für das Geschäftsjahr 2023/24 vorschlagen werden.“ Die geprüften Zahlen und den Geschäftsbericht für das Geschäftsjahr 2023/24 finden Sie auf der Investor Relations Webseite unter Berichte & Präsentationen.
