The Group Executive Management of Liechtensteinische Landesbank has appointed Wolfdieter Schnee as the new Head of the Fund Services Business Area from 1 January 2026. Natalie Flatz, Head of the International Wealth Management Division of the LLB Group commented: "We are delighted that we have been able to gain Wolfdieter Schnee, an acknowledged expert in investment fund business, for our management team. His strategic competence, entrepreneurial flair and strong sales orientation will enable him to continue driving forward our dynamic growth in fund business. His character and commitment to shared values make him an ideal complement, both professionally and personally, to our team."

Wolfdieter Schnee has been employed at VP Fund Solutions (Liechtenstein) AG since 2016. In his role as a member of the Executive Management, he was responsible for the Fund Client & Investment Services Departments for the Liechtenstein and Luxembourg regions.
Wolfdieter Schnee studied in Brussels, Vaduz, Vienna, Boston and Fontainebleau and holds masters degrees in banking and financial management as well as European business law. In addition, Wolfdieter Schnee is a CAIA charterholder and has an INSEAD certificate in corporate governance, as well as being an ILA certified director.
Wolfdieter Schnee will succeed Bruno Schranz, who will end his active professional career at the end of June 2026, as Head of the Fund Services Business Area of the LLB Group.

Natalie Flatz, Head of the International Wealth Management Division and member of the Group Executive Board, pointed out: "Over the last ten years, Bruno Schranz has been largely instrumental in driving forward the LLB Group’s investment fund business and boosting growth. Within the scope of our groupwide fund powerhouse, he has made a substantial contribution to introducing a modern, client-focused fund platform, which has enabled our entire fund business to be standardised, digitalised and automated. Our fund business is now well set up for the future. We would like to thank him for his outstanding work and wish him all the best for his personal future."
