Juli 2025 – Die octopus group AG beabsichtigt den ersten Schritt an den Kapitalmarkt mit der Begebung einer Unternehmensanleihe. Die Emission ist für den weiteren Jahresverlauf 2025 geplant. Ziel ist es, die Expansion im Segment der Nahversorgungs-, Fachmarkt- und Einkaufszentren in Deutschland zu beschleunigen. In den vergangenen Wochen wurden bereits erste Gespräche mit potenziellen Investoren geführt – das Feedback war positiv. Die Emission wird von der f+m Financial GmbH und der GBC Kapital GmbH begleitet. Seit 2019 investiert das Team der octopus group AG in unterschiedlichste Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien in Deutschland und dem europäischen Ausland. Der Investitionsfokus liegt dabei auf opportunistischen Ankäufen mit Wertschöpfungspotenzial – etwa durch Revitalisierung, energetische Optimierung oder Umnutzung. In den vergangenen Jahren hat die octopus group Immobilientransaktionen mit einem Gesamtvolumen von über 130 Mio. Euro realisiert. Inzwischen fokussiert sich die octopus group auf aktives Assetmanagement im Bereich der Nahversorgungszentren bzw. Fachmarkt‐ und Einkaufszentren in Deutschland. Dabei liegt der Schwerpunkt auf Objekten in kleinen bis mittelgroßen Städten. Die Gesellschaft verfügt über ein starkes Netzwerk aus Partnern für deutschlandweite Immobilienkäufe und Kontakten zu bonitätsstarken Filialisten als potenzielle Ankermieter. Zudem stehen langjährige Bankpartner für die langfristigen Fremdfinanzierungen bereit. „Nahversorgungs-, Fachmarkt- und Einkaufszentren haben sich in den vergangenen Jahren als krisenresilient und renditestarke Assets innerhalb des Immobilienmarktes herauskristallisiert.
