JOST vollzieht Formwechsel in Europäische Aktiengesellschaft (SE) Neu-Isenburg, 21. März 2023. Die JOST Werke AG („JOST”), einer der weltweit führenden Hersteller und Lieferanten von sicherheitsrelevanten Systemen für die Nutzfahrzeugindustrie, hat die Umwandlung in eine Europäische Aktiengesellschaft (Societas Europaea, SE) vollzogen. Durch die Eintragung ins Handelsregister am 20. März 2023 ist die Umwandlung der JOST Werke AG in die JOST Werke SE abgeschlossen und formal wirksam. Die neue Rechtsform bringt das Selbstverständnis von JOST als europäisches und international ausgerichtetes Unternehmen zum Ausdruck. Die bisherige Organtrennung von Aufsichtsrat und Vorstand bleibt bestehen. Durch den Rechtsformwechsel ergeben sich keine Änderungen für Aktionäre und Aktionärinnen, Kunden und Beschäftigte. Der Sitz der JOST Werke SE ist weiterhin Neu-Isenburg, Deutschland. Die Notierung an der Frankfurter Börse und das Börsenkürzel der Gesellschaft bleiben ebenfalls unverändert.
