flatexDEGIRO AG announces preliminary, unaudited results for the second quarter of 2025 and raises its full-year guidance 2025. Based on preliminary, unaudited figures for the second quarter 2025, Revenues increased by approx. 11 percent to approx. 132 million Euro (Q2 2024: 119 million Euro). Net Income rose by approx. 28 percent to approx. 39.5 million Euro in the second quarter of 2025 (Q2 2024: 31 million Euro). Following an already strong development in the first quarter of 2025, this results in a Revenue growth in the first half-year 2025 of approx. 15 percent to approx. 278 million Euro (H1 2024: 242 million Euro) and a Net Income growth of approx. 34 percent to approx. 81.5 million Euro (H1 2024: 61 million Euro). Revenue growth in 2025 is now expected to amount to 4 percent to 8 percent (499 million Euro to 518 million Euro) versus a previous guidance of -5 percent to +5 percent. Net Income growth is now expected to amount to 15 percent to 25 percent (128 million Euro to 139 million Euro) versus a previous guidance of -5 percent to +10 percent.
