Januar 2025 – Der Vorsitzende des Aufsichtsrats der Gesellschaft, Herr Sebastian Klauke, hat heute gegenüber dem Aufsichtsrat und dem Vorstand erklärt, sein Amt als Mitglied und Vorsitzender des Aufsichtsrats für einen Übergangszeitraum auch über den 30. April 2025 hinaus fortzuführen. Am 3. Juni 2024 hatte die Gesellschaft mitgeteilt, dass Herr Klauke im Zusammenhang mit seinem Ausscheiden aus der Geschäftsführung der Otto Gruppe beabsichtige, vorzeitig und spätestens zum 30. April 2025 aus dem Aufsichtsrat der Gesellschaft auszuscheiden. Vor dem Hintergrund des angekündigten Übernahmeangebots der Zalando SE hat sich Herr Klauke nunmehr jedoch entscheiden, sein Amt als Mitglied und Vorsitzender des Aufsichtsrats auch über den 30. April 2025 hinaus zur Begleitung eines geordneten Übergangs im Aufsichtsrat im Rahmen des Übernahmeangebots fortzuführen. Der genaue Zeitpunkt des Ausscheidens von Herrn Klauke aus dem Aufsichtsrat hängt vom weiteren Verlauf und Vollzug des Übernahmeangebots ab und wird zu gegebener Zeit entsprechend der Öffentlichkeit bekanntgegeben.
