tokentus investment AG kündigt eine nicht-zahlungswirksame außerplanmäßige Abschreibung auf eine Beteiligung an
Frankfurt am Main, 23. August 2023 – Der Vorstand der tokentus investment AG (ISIN: DE000A3CN9R8; WKN: A3CN9R; Symbol: 14D) hat beschlossen, per 30.06.2023 eine nicht zahlungswirksame außerplanmäßige und vollständige Abschreibung auf die Beteiligung an der TRALITY GmbH, Wien, vorzunehmen. Die nicht zahlungswirksame Ergebnisbelastung für den Halbjahresabschluss der tokentus investment AG per 30.06.2023 beträgt € 179.588,61. Der Grund für die vollständige Abschreibung ist die Eröffnung eines Konkursverfahrens ab dem 19.08.2023 durch das zuständige Handelsgericht in Wien. Die TRALITY GmbH kann ihren laufenden Zahlungsverpflichtungen nicht mehr nachkommen. Rückflüsse aus investierten Geldern sind aus heutiger Sicht nicht wahrscheinlich.
