Die Aumann AG ("Aumann", ISIN: DE000A2DAM03), ein führender Hersteller von Automatisierungslösungen für die Elektromobilität, konnte im ersten Quartal 2023 einen Umsatzanstieg von 24,2 % auf 55,7 Mio. € erzielen. Das Segment E-mobility war mit einem Umsatzanstieg von 46,5 % auf 39,5 Mio. € und einem Anteil von mehr als 70 % am Gesamtumsatz deutlicher Wachstumstreiber. Das EBITDA konnte im Vorjahresvergleich von 1,1 Mio. € auf 3,5 Mio. € mehr als verdreifacht werden. Die EBIDTA-Marge legte gegenüber dem Vorjahr signifikant um 3,6 Prozentpunkte zu und erreichte im ersten Quartal 6,2 %. Bereinigt um Sondereffekte, die im Zusammenhang mit Personalaufwendungen aus dem Aktienoptionsprogramm stehen, betrug das adjustierte EBITDA 3,7 Mio. € bei einer adjustierten EBITDA-Marge von 6,6 %. Vor dem Hintergrund des hohen Auftragsbestandes zum Jahresende 2022 agiert Aumann vertrieblich selektiver mit Blick auf die nachhaltige Verbesserung der Profitabilität über das Geschäftsjahr 2023 hinaus. Der Auftragseingang erreichte dennoch mit 75,2 Mio. € annähernd den starken Vorjahreswert von 82,5 Mio. €. Während kundenseitige Vergaben anstehender Großaufträge der Elektromobilität in den weiteren Jahresverlauf fallen, profitiert das Segment Classic bereits im ersten Quartal von einem Großauftrag mit zweistelligem Mio. € Volumen im Bereich der erneuerbaren Energien. Damit konnte der Auftragsbestand um 29,3 % gegenüber dem Vorjahr auf ein neues Rekordniveau von 276,5 Mio. € ausgebaut werden. Die Automobilindustrie treibt den Aufbau von Produktionskapazitäten für die Elektromobilität konsequent voran und benötigt dafür hochautomatisierte Fertigungsanlagen.
