DGAP-Ad-hoc: SBF AG / Schlagwort(e): Kapitalmaßnahme/Kapitalerhöhung Veröffentlichung einer Insiderinformation nach Artikel 17 der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 596/2014 SBF AG schließt Kapitalerhöhung mit Bezugsrecht zur Finanzierung des weiteren Wachstums erfolgreich ab Leipzig, 09.06.2021 - Die SBF AG (ISIN DE000A2AAE22) hat die Bezugsrechtskapitalerhöhung aus genehmigtem Kapital zur Wachstumsfinanzierung erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Insgesamt wurden 980.447 Stückaktien zu einem Bezugspreis von EUR 7,95 platziert. Davon wurden von Altaktionären im Rahmen ihres Bezugsrechts insgesamt 78.448 Aktien gezeichnet. Zudem wurden bei einer Privatplatzierung im Anschluss an die Bezugsfrist 901.999 Aktien bei ausgewählten qualifizierten Anlegern über die ICF BANK AG Wertpapierhandelsbank platziert. Die Kapitalerhöhung war deutlich überzeichnet. Durch die Kapitalerhöhung fließt der SBF AG ein Bruttoemissionserlös in Höhe von rund EUR 7,8 Mio. zu. Nach Eintragung der Kapitalerhöhung in das Handelsregister der Gesellschaft erhöht sich das Grundkapital der SBF AG von EUR 7.843.580,00 um EUR 980.447,00 auf EUR 8.824.027,00.
