MPH Health Care AG: Vorläufiges IFRS-Ergebnis drittes Quartal 2020 veröffentlicht. Eigenkapital (Net Asset Value) beträgt 194,39 Mio. Euro. Dies entspricht 45,40 Euro je Aktie. Berlin, 27. November 2020: Die MPH Health Care AG (ISIN: DE000A0L1H32) gibt für das dritte Quartal 2020 das vorläufige IFRS-Ergebnis bekannt. Demnach beläuft sich das Eigenkapital der Beteiligungsgesellschaft per 30.09.2020 auf 194,39 Mio. Euro (30.09.2019: 239,57 Mio. Euro). Der Net Asset Value (NAV) je Aktie liegt per 30.09.2020 bei 45,40 Euro (30.09.2019: 55,96 Euro). Das vorläufige IFRS-Periodenergebnis für die ersten neun Monate des Geschäftsjahres 2020 beträgt -77,25 Mio. Euro (30.09.2019: -21,00 Mio. Euro). Der Grund für den Periodenfehlbetrag liegt im Wesentlichen in der stichtagsbezogenen Fair Value Bewertung der Aktienkurse der Beteiligungen am 30.09.2020 im Vergleich zu den Aktienkursen am 31.12.2019. Die Aktienkurse der MPH-Beteiligungsunternehmen haben sich im Zuge der diesjährigen Turbulenzen der Aktienmärkte verringert und konnten ihr Niveau vom Vorjahr noch nicht wieder erreichen. "Für die weitere Entwicklung unserer börsennotierten Beteiligungen CR Capital Real Estate AG und M1 Kliniken AG sind wir trotz des diesjährigen Aktienkursrückgangs zuversichtlich. Die beiden direkten Beteiligungen M1 und CR entwickeln sich operativ positiv. Bei der HAEMATO - als nunmehr indirekter Beteiligung - werden zudem wichtige Maßnahmen zur Ausweitung des Produktportfolios und Ertragssteigerung umgesetzt", so Patrick Brenske, Vorstand der MPH.
