Frankfurt, 15.04.2024 – Der Aufsichtsrat der Branicks Group AG (Branicks), ISIN: DE000A1X3XX4, hat den bereits Ende vergangenen Monats angekündigten Wechsel an seiner Spitze auf den Weg gebracht und Dr. Angela Geerling zu seiner neuen Vorsitzenden gewählt. Sie gehört dem Aufsichtsrat bereits seit 2022 als ordentliches Mitglied und Mitglied des Prüfungsausschusses an. Der bisherige Aufsichtsratsvorsitzende Prof. Dr. Gerhard Schmidt wird dem Aufsichtsrat weiterhin als Mitglied angehören sowie Aufsichtsratsvorsitzender der VIB Vermögen AG und BBI Bürgerliches Brauhaus Immobilien AG bleiben. Dr. Angela Geerling ist eine ausgewiesene Immobilienexpertin. Die promovierte Juristin war in verschiedenen Immobilienunternehmen und führenden Anwaltskanzleien tätig.
