Aktionäre bestätigen Strategie der STS Group AG auf Hauptversammlung Hagen, 12. Juli 2023. Die STS Group AG (ISIN: DE000A1TNU68), ein im General Standard der Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse notierter, weltweit tätiger Systemlieferant für die Automobilindustrie, hat am vergangenen Freitag ihre ordentliche Hauptversammlung für das Geschäftsjahr 2022 durchgeführt. Erstmals nach dem entsprechenden Beschluss auf der Hauptversammlung des Vorjahres fand diese in Präsenz am Unternehmensstandort in Hagen, Westfalen, statt. Im Rahmen seiner Rede an die Aktionärinnen und Aktionäre ging Alberto Buniato, CEO der STS Group AG, auf die Herausforderungen des Geschäftsjahres und den Ausblick für das Unternehmen ein: „Wir blicken trotz aller Herausforderung auf ein insgesamt zufriedenstellendes Jahr für die STS Group zurück, in dem wir die Solidität des Unternehmens aufrechterhalten und wichtige Weichen für die Zukunft stellen konnten.“ Buniato bestätigte den Ausblick für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 mit einem leichten Umsatzanstieg und einem deutlichen Anstieg des Adjusted EBITDA, insbesondere durch das Umsatzwachstum im margenstarken China-Geschäft. Nachdem im Vorjahr erstmals eine Dividende ausgeschüttet wurde, haben Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat der Hauptversammlung vorgeschlagen, den im Geschäftsjahr 2022 ausgewiesenen Bilanzgewinn in Höhe von EUR 2.235.000,00 in voller Höhe auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen. Dieses trägt der rückläufigen Geschäftsentwicklung des vergangenen Jahres in China und der Absicherung und Finanzierung des künftigen Wachstums Rechnung. Die Beschlussvorschläge der Verwaltung wurden überwiegend mit großer Mehrheit angenommen. Dazu gehörte auch der Vorschlag zum Gewinnvortrag mit 100 % der abgegebenen Stimmen und die Beschlussfassung über die Schaffung eines neuen Genehmigten Kapitals 2023/I mit einer Zustimmung von über 80 %.
