Er ist noch bis längstens 31. Dezember 2025 im Amt. Auch Mi-Young Miehler, Chief Operating Officer (COO), verlässt das Unternehmen. Sie scheidet zum 30. Juni 2025 aus. Das Ausscheiden beider Vorstände erfolgt im besten Einvernehmen mit dem Aufsichtsrat und bereitet den Weg für einen geordneten Übergang in eine neue Phase der Unternehmensentwicklung.
