Außerordentliche Hauptversammlung der Vonovia SE Hauptversammlung stimmt Beherrschungs- und Gewinnabführungsvertrag mit der Deutsche Wohnen zu Bochum, 24. Januar 2025 – Die Vonovia SE („Vonovia“) wird von ihren Aktionärinnen und Aktionären in dem Vorhaben unterstützt, einen Beherrschungs- und Gewinnabführungsvertrag mit der Deutsche Wohnen SE zu schließen. Auf der heutigen außerordentlichen Hauptversammlung des Unternehmens stimmten 99,97 % des bei der Beschlussfassung vertretenen Grundkapitals für den Vertrag sowie für die dafür vorgesehene bedingte Kapitalerhöhung. Damit wurde die erforderliche Mehrheit deutlich übertroffen. Die außerordentliche Hauptversammlung der Deutsche Wohnen hat sich bereits am 23. Januar 2025 mit der erforderlichen Mehrheit für den Vertrag ausgesprochen.
