Your Family Entertainment Aktiengesellschaft plant Kapitalerhöhung in Höhe von bis zu 10 % des Grundkapitals München, den 1. Februar 2024 Der Vorstand der Your Family Entertainment Aktiengesellschaft (YFE), München, (ISIN DE000A161N14) plant die Durchführung einer Kapitalerhöhung in Höhe von bis zu 10 % des Grundkapitals der Gesellschaft unter Ausschluss des Bezugsrechts der Aktionäre unter teilweiser Ausnutzung des durch Beschluss der Hauptversammlung der Gesellschaft vom 28. Juni 2022 geschaffenen Genehmigten Kapitals 2022. Die neuen Aktien sollen bei ausgewählten Investoren platziert werden. Vorbehaltlich der abschließenden Entscheidungen von Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat der Gesellschaft plant die Gesellschaft, die Kapitalerhöhung voraussichtlich im ersten Halbjahr 2024 durchzuführen. Unter Berücksichtigung der aktienrechtlichen Anforderung an die Festlegung eines börsenkursnahen Platzierungspreises sowie des aktuellen Börsenkurses der Gesellschaft rechnet der Vorstand mit einem Bruttoemissionserlös von bis zu ca. EUR 5 Mio. Abhängig von dem Börsenkurs der Gesellschaft im konkreten Zeitraum der abschließenden Entscheidungen von Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat kann dieser Wert aber nach oben oder unten abweichen. Der Emissionserlös aus dieser geplanten Kapitalmaßnahme soll nach gegenwärtiger Planung für den Aufbau von Kapazitäten und Partnerschaften im Bereich Künstlicher Intelligenz (KI), für mögliche Neuproduktionen aus dem Rechtekatalog der YFE, dem weiteren Ausbau digitaler Plattformen („Streaming/Video-on-Demand“) und die Verfolgung potenzieller M&A-Transaktionen verwendet werden.
