Mountain Alliance AG schließt Verkauf der börsennotierten Beteiligungen ab – weitere Exits in fortgeschrittenen Verhandlungen München, 27. November 2023 – Die Mountain Alliance AG (MA, ISIN DE000A12UK08) hat die im Rahmen der strategischen Fokussierung avisierten Verkäufe der börsennotierten Beteiligungen abgeschlossen. Nachdem die Mountain Alliance AG bereits im ersten Halbjahr 2023 die verbliebene Beteiligung an der Exasol AG komplett veräußert hatte, folgte nun der komplette Exit bei der Bio-Gate AG. Manfred Danner, Vorstand der Mountain Alliance AG, kommentiert: „Durch den Verkauf von Exasol und nun Bio-Gate, deren Kursschwächen regelmäßig die erfolgreiche Entwicklung unseres Kernportfolios überschattet hatten, ist künftig ein klarerer Blick auf die positive Wertentwicklung unserer nicht notierten Beteiligungen möglich.“ Darüber hinaus befindet sich die Mountain Alliance in fortgeschrittenen Verhandlungen zur Veräußerung weiterer Beteiligungen. Insgesamt hat die Mountain Alliance das realistische Ziel, um den Jahreswechsel zwei weitere Exits abschließen zu können. Dazu zählt unter anderem die Veräußerung des noch rund 1-prozentigen Anteils an AlphaPet, bei der die Mountain Alliance AG in der Vergangenheit bereits gewinnbringende Teilexits realisieren konnte.
