Muehlhan AG veröffentlicht Neunmonatszahlen 2023
Hamburg, den 27. Oktober 2023 – Die Muehlhan AG (Open Market; ISIN DE000A0KD0F7; WKN A0KD0F) hat von Januar bis September 2023 Umsatzerlöse in Höhe von € 8,7 Mio. erzielt. Davon entfielen € 5,7 Mio. auf die Aktivitäten in Russland und € 2,5 Mio. auf den Nahen Osten. Das EBIT (Ergebnis vor Zinsen und Steuern) ist mit € -3,1 Mio. negativ. Das auf die Aktionäre der Muehlhan AG entfallende Ergebnis nach neun Monaten beträgt € -2,5 Mio. Der Cashflow aus der laufenden Geschäftstätigkeit ist aufgrund eines positiven Sondereffekts mit € -0,2 Mio. nahezu ausgeglichen. Ein Vergleich mit den Vorjahresergebnissen ist aufgrund der Veräußerung zahlreicher Tochterunternehmen zum Geschäftsjahresende 2022 nicht sinnvoll. Nach leicht positiven Ergebnissen in den ersten Monaten des Jahres ist das EBIT in Russland für den Zeitraum Januar bis September inzwischen mit € -0,2 Mio. leicht negativ. Die Auswirkungen der Sanktionen als Folge des Angriffskriegs in der Ukraine sorgen für geringere Umsatzerlöse bei gleichzeitig höheren Kosten zum Beispiel für die Materialbeschaffung. Im Nahen Osten wurde aufgrund des deutlich rückläufigen Umsatzes, aufgrund von Projektanlaufkosten und Kosten für die Wiederaufnahme der Aktivitäten ein EBIT von € -1,3 Mio. erzielt. Zusätzlich gab es bei der Muehlhan AG im 1. Halbjahr 2023 hohe Einmalaufwendungen durch die Abwicklung des Verkaufs wesentlicher Tochtergesellschaften im letzten Jahr, durch ein Aktienrückkaufprogramm und aufgrund einer Rückstellungsbildung für eine Rechtsstreitigkeit. Für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 erwarten Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat Umsatzerlöse in Höhe von € 10 bis € 15 Mio. und ein EBIT von € -3,5 bis € -4,0 Mio. Die Muehlhan AG hat ihren Rückzug von der Börse angekündigt („Delisting“). Letzter Handelstag wird der 27. Dezember 2023 sein. Mit Wirkung zum 31. Oktober 2023 wird Herr Gautam Arya als Vorstand der Muehlhan AG abberufen.
