MBB SE adjusts share buyback program 2024/II and buys shares up to a price of €150.00
 

Berlin, 20 March 2025 - MBB SE (ISIN DE000A0ETBQ4), a medium-sized family business, resolved today to make use of the authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting on 26 June 2024 to acquire treasury shares in accordance with Section 71 para. 1 no. 8 AktG and to adjust the current share buyback program 2024/II which was announced on 30 October 2024 and started on 15 November 2024.

In view of the positive share price performance in recent weeks and the continued attractive valuation of MBB shares, the maximum price per share will be increased to €150.00 (previously €120.00 per share). All other conditions of the share buyback program 2024/II, in particular the maximum volume of €15.0 million, remain unchanged. The share buyback program is scheduled to end on 30 April 2025 at the latest.

The share buyback will be carried out in accordance with the Safe Harbour provisions of Article 5 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 in conjunction with the provisions of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of 8 March 2016.
