Mai 2023 Ausscheiden von Herrn Rolf Elgeti aus dem Aufsichtsrat Der Aufsichtsratsvorsitzende der TAG Immobilien AG („Gesellschaft“), Herr Rolf Elgeti, hat dem Vorstand und dem Aufsichtsrat heute mitgeteilt, dass er sein Amt als Mitglied des Aufsichtsrats der Gesellschaft nach Ablauf der ordentlichen Hauptversammlung am 16. Mai 2023 („Hauptversammlung“) aus persönlichen Gründen nicht fortführen und sich nicht zur Wiederwahl stellen wird. Herr Elgeti scheidet damit turnusgemäß mit Ablauf der Hauptversammlung aus dem Aufsichtsrat der Gesellschaft aus. Der Vorstand hat heute daraufhin mit Zustimmung des Aufsichtsrats beschlossen, den Tagesordnungspunkt 6 a) der Einladung zur Hauptversammlung (Wahl von Herrn Rolf Elgeti) nicht zur Abstimmung zu stellen. Die übrigen Kandidat*innen stehen unverändert zur Wahl. Der Aufsichtsrat geht in seiner derzeitigen Zusammensetzung davon aus, dass Herr Olaf Borkers im Fall seiner Wahl für den Aufsichtsratsvorsitz bis zur satzungsgemäßen Vervollständigung des Gremiums kandidieren wird. Der Aufsichtsrat wird unverzüglich mit der Suche nach einer geeigneten Nachfolge für Herrn Elgeti beginnen und will sie zügig abschließen. Der Aufsichtsrat und der Vorstand möchten Herrn Elgeti ausdrücklich ihren Dank für seine außerordentlichen Leistungen und sein langjähriges großes Engagement für die Gesellschaft aussprechen. Die Mitglieder beider Gremien bedauern sehr das Ausscheiden von Herrn Elgeti aus dem Aufsichtsrat.
