DGAP-Ad-hoc: Klassik Radio AG / Schlagwort(e): Vorläufiges Ergebnis Klassik Radio AG hebt EBITDA-Prognose für das Geschäftsjahr 2021 an Der Vorstand der Klassik Radio AG hebt die EBITDA-Prognose für das Geschäftsjahr 2021 an und erwartet nun ein um ca. 50 % deutlich steigendes EBITDA zum Vorjahr (bisher: ein deutlich sinkendes EBITDA). Das erwartete EBITDA liegt bei ca. 2.400 TEUR zu im Vorjahr 1.627 TEUR. In dem Ergebnis sind ca.1,1 Millionen Wachstumsaufwendungen für die neue Audiobrand Beats Radio, den Ausbau der nationalen DAB+ Verbreitung in Österreich, sowie in der deutschsprachigen Schweiz verarbeitet. An der bisherigen Prognose leicht steigender Konzernumsätze der Klassik Radio AG für das Geschäftsjahr 2021 hält der Vorstand unverändert fest. Der Konzernumsatz wird voraussichtlich ca. 15.000 TEUR (zu 14.694 TEUR im Geschäftsjahr 2020) betragen. Der testierte Jahres- und Konzernabschluss 2021 wird Ende April 2022 veröffentlicht.
