Vorläufige Zahlen 2023 der WashTec AG:
Augsburg, 8. Februar 2024 - Die WashTec Gruppe gibt bekannt, dass sie das Geschäftsjahr 2023 nach vorläufigen Zahlen mit einem neuen Rekordumsatz von voraussichtlich Mio. € 490 erfolgreich abgeschlossen hat. Dies entspricht einer Steigerung von 2% im Vergleich zum Vorjahr (Mio. € 482). Das voraussichtliche EBIT liegt mit Mio. € 42 deutlich über dem Vorjahreswert von Mio. € 38; die EBIT-Marge beträgt 9% (Vorjahr: 8%). Im vierten Quartal betrug der Umsatz Mio. € 133. Damit konnte der Rekordquartalsumsatz des Vorjahres (Mio. € 144) nicht erreicht werden. Trotz des niedrigeren Umsatzes wurde, wie im Vorjahr, ein EBIT von Mio. € 15 erzielt. Insgesamt konnte die WashTec Gruppe damit trotz des unsicheren wirtschaftlichen Umfelds die Guidance zu Umsatz und EBIT für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 erreichen. Die Zahl der Mitarbeiter sank zum 31. Dezember 2023 um 137 auf 1.687 Mitarbeiter (Vorjahr: 1.824). Im Jahresdurchschnitt waren 1.768 Mitarbeiter bei WashTec beschäftigt (Vorjahr: 1.806). Der Free Cashflow stieg bei einem verbesserten Ergebnis vor allem durch die deutliche Reduzierung der Vorräte und der Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen auf Mio. € 46 (Vorjahr: Mio. € 16). Der nach wie vor hohe Gruppen-Auftragsbestand lag zum Jahresende zwar unter dem Vorjahr aber insgesamt deutlich über dem langjährigen Mittel. Wesentliche vorläufige Konzern-Kennzahlen:
Die Veröffentlichung des vollständigen Konzernabschlusses mit den endgültigen Zahlen für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 einschließlich der Prognose für das laufende Geschäftsjahr und der dazugehörige Conference Call sind für den 27. März 2024 vorgesehen. Die ordentliche Hauptversammlung 2024 findet am 14. Mai 2024 statt.
