Diepholz/Bremen, 22. September 2022: Die artec technologies AG hat für ein Nato-Mitgliedsland eine Spezialsoftware zur Aufzeichnung und Verarbeitung von Video- und Metadaten für den maritimen Einsatz entwickelt. Grundlage für die Neuentwicklung ist Eigenmarke XENTAURIX® unter der artec Aufzeichnungs- und Verarbeitungssysteme für unterschiedlichste Daten und Branchen anbietet. Nach einem erfolgreichen Feldtest in den vergangenen Monaten haben die Seestreitkräfte des Nato-Mitgliedslandes einen Initialauftrag für das XENTAURIX® Spezialsystem, bestehend aus Soft- und Hardware, für den Einsatz in einem Schiff erteilt. Mit dem neuen Spezialsystem ergänzt artec technologies das Produktportfolio im interessanten, maritimen Geschäftsfeld. Bereits im maritimen Einsatz sind XENTAURIX® Systeme zur Ausbildungsdokumentation in Schiffssimulatoren sowie MULTIEYE® Video Überwachungssysteme zur seegestützten Aufklärung in Nord- und Ostsee. Mit dem neuen Spezialsystem werden hochauflösende Videostreams von Spezialkameras zusammen mit nautischen NMEA- (National Marine Electronics Association Standard) und bestimmten GPS-Daten erfasst, im Schiffsleitstand dargestellt, verarbeitet und gespeichert. Die in außergewöhnlich hoher Qualität gesammelten Daten – beispielsweise bei einem Gefechtseinsatz – werden dokumentiert, analysiert und für einen sofortigen Medienexport zur weiteren Verwertung bereitgestellt. Die Synchronisierung und Verarbeitung der verschiedenen Datenströme, dazu zählt die Kommunikation mit dem schiffgebundenen, multispektralen Videosystem der Marke SeaFlir 280HD, stellt nach Kenntnisstand von artec technologies ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal dar. artec-Vorstand Thomas Hoffmann: "In unserer vernetzten Welt wird die Dokumentierung und Analyse von Video-, Audio- und Metadaten immer wichtiger.
