Vorläufige Zahlen des Geschäftsjahres 2021

Pressemitteilung Frankfurt/Main, 16. Februar 2022. Die Amadeus FiRe Gruppe hat auf Basis vorläufiger Zahlen für das Geschäftsjahr 2021 den konsolidierten Konzernumsatz für das Geschäftsjahr um 32,9 Prozent auf 372,4 Mio. € gesteigert (Vorjahr: 280,2 Mio. €; 2019: 233,1 Mio. €). Im Segment der Personaldienstleistungen verbesserte sich der Umsatz auf 243,8 Mio. € und lag damit 28,0 Prozent über Vorjahr und deutliche 17,7 Prozent über 2019. Die Steigerung im Segment Weiterbildung betrug 43,5 Prozent auf 128,6 Mio. € (Vorjahr: 89,7 Mio. €). Erstmals ganzjährig enthalten sind die Umsatzerlöse der GFN mit 27,5 Mio. € nach 6,0 Mio. € im Vorjahr, in dem nur das 4. Quartal einzubeziehen war. Wie erwartet konnte das vierte Quartal sowohl im Segment Personaldienstleistungen als auch im Segment Weiterbildung erfolgreich gestaltet werden. Im Segment der Personaldienstleistungen konnte die bereits im Vorjahr begonnene dynamische Entwicklung durch das gesamte Jahr 2021 getragen werden. Das Segmentergebnis übersteigt 2020 um 71,2 Prozent und 2019 um 37,2 Prozent. Im Segment Weiterbildung waren im Jahr 2021 die Verwerfungen in Folge der Corona-Pandemie, bei insgesamt positiver Entwicklung, insbesondere im zweiten Halbjahr spürbar. Organisch gewinnt das Weiterbildungssegmentergebnis 41,2 Prozent gegenüber 2020. Die endgültigen Zahlen für das Geschäftsjahr 2021 werden im Rahmen einer Bilanzpressekonferenz / Analysten-Veranstaltung am 22. März 2022 bekannt gegeben.
