Die zunehmend negative Stimmungslage der deutschen Wirtschaft, in den vergangenen Monaten insbesondere gegen Ende des vierten Quartals 2024, sowie die damit verbundene Zurückhaltung in der Auftragsvergabe in den Personaldienstleistungen gegen Ende des vergangenen Jahres, hat die Ergebnisse des Geschäftsjahres 2024 der Amadeus Fire Group spürbar beeinflusst. Die Amadeus Fire Group erzielte nach vorläufigen und noch nicht testierten Finanzkennzahlen im Geschäftsjahr 2024 einen leicht rückläufigen Umsatz in Höhe von 436,9 Mio. € und liegt damit 1,2% unter dem Wert des Vorjahres von 442,4 Mio. €. Mit einer operativen Rohertrags-marge* von 54,2%, leicht unter dem Vorjahreswert von 55,0%, wird ein ebenfalls leicht geringerer operativer Rohertrag* in Höhe von 236,7 Mio. € (Vorjahr: 243,4 Mio. €) erreicht, ein Rückgang um 2,8%. Gesunkene operative Roherträge* des Segments Personaldienstleistungen sowie zukunftsorientierte Investitionen in die digitale Transformation der Amadeus Fire Group führen zu einem überproportionalen Rückgang des operativen Ergebnisses (EBITA*) um rund 21%. Das 2024 erreichte operative EBITA* beträgt 55,5 Mio. € (Vorjahr: 70,4 Mio. €) und liegt damit um 1,5 Mio. € unterhalb des unteren Wertes der Spanne der eigenen Prognose des operativen EBITA* für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 von 57 Mio. €.
