Stéphane Maye wird zur Wahl in den Verwaltungsrat vorgeschlagen Luzern, 3. November 2021 - Der Verwaltungsrat der Mobimo Holding AG wird den Aktionärinnen und Aktionären der Gesellschaft anlässlich der ordentlichen Generalversammlung vom 12. April 2022 die Zuwahl von Herrn Stéphane Maye in den Verwaltungsrat vorschlagen. Stéphane Maye wurde 1967 in der Westschweiz geboren, liess sich an der ETH Zürich zum Bauingenieur ausbilden und ist seit fast dreissig Jahren für namhafte Bau- und Immobilienunternehmen in der Deutsch- und der Westschweiz sowie in Deutschland tätig. Er verfügt über einen umfangreichen Leistungsausweis in der Planung und Leitung von Immobiliengrossprojekten, in der Unternehmensführung und in Fragen der Immobiliendigitalisierung und des nachhaltigen Bauens. Seit dem Jahr 2009 ist Stéphane Maye Partner, seit dem Jahr 2021 Managing Partner der auf Immobilien spezialisierten Unternehmensberatung pom+ Consulting. Der Verwaltungsratskandidat hält zusätzlich zum ETH-Diplom einen Executive MBA der Universität St. Gallen (HSG).
