Dierikon, 28. Februar 2024 Medienmitteilung An der Generalversammlung vom 17. April 2024 schlägt der Verwaltungsrat der Komax Holding AG Annette Heimlicher zur Neuwahl in das Gremium vor. Sie ist seit 2012 CEO der Contrinex Group. Kurt Haerri wird aufgrund der Amtszeitbeschränkung nicht zur Wiederwahl antreten. Für Mitglieder des Verwaltungsrats gilt bei der Komax Holding AG eine Amtszeitbeschränkung von zwölf Jahren. Kurt Haerri wird diese mit der anstehenden Generalversammlung erreichen und deshalb nicht zur Wiederwahl antreten. Der Verwaltungsrat dankt Kurt Haerri ganz herzlich für seinen langjährigen wertvollen Einsatz bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung der Komax Gruppe und wünscht ihm alles Gute für die Zukunft. Als neues Mitglied des Verwaltungsrats wird Annette Heimlicher der Generalversammlung vorgeschlagen. Annette Heimlicher, Jahrgang 1977, hat an der Universität Genf Volkswirtschaft studiert und hat einen Masterabschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften von der London School of Economics. Sie ist seit 2012 CEO der Contrinex Group und verfügt damit über viel unternehmerische Erfahrung in einem international tätigen Industrieunternehmen mit Hauptsitz in der Schweiz. Die Contrinex Group ist eine weltweite Technologieführerin für intelligente Sensoren für komplexe Automatisierungs- und Smart-Factory-Anwendungen. Sie beschäftigt über 500 Mitarbeitende und ist in mehr als 60 Ländern präsent. Zur Wahl in den Verwaltungsrat stellen sich zudem die folgenden sechs bisherigen Mitglieder: Beat Kälin (Präsident), David Dean, Andreas Häberli, Mariel Hoch, Roland Siegwart und Jürg Werner.
