Fourth Quarter 2024 Highlights[1]

Total net revenues were RMB1,495.8 million (US$204.9 million) for the fourth quarter of 2024, compared with RMB1,529.8 million for the same period of 2023.Game-related services, advertising and other revenues (formerly known as advertising and other revenues) were RMB371.6 million (US$50.9 million) for the fourth quarter of 2024, compared with RMB186.3 million for the same period of 2023.Net loss attributable to HUYA Inc. was RMB172.2 million (US$23.6 million) for the fourth quarter of 2024, compared with RMB275.0 million for the same period of 2023.Non-GAAP net income attributable to HUYA Inc.[2] was RMB1.2 million (US$0.2 million) for the fourth quarter of 2024, compared with a non-GAAP net loss attributable to HUYA Inc. of RMB189.7 million for the same period of 2023.Average mobile MAUs[3] for the fourth quarter of 2024 was 82.6 million, compared with 85.5 million for the same period of 2023.
