The aggregate principal amount of the 2033 notes offered in the offering was increased from $750 million to $1 billion, and the 2033 notes were priced at 100.000% of their face amount to yield a 6.750% coupon. The offering is expected to close on May 23, 2025, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
