Oliver Dick is an experienced operations executive with over 30 years of experience in project and line management across supply chain management (SCM), production, quality control (QC), quality assurance (QA), logistics, engineering and technology transfer. His expertise lies in developing and leading operational strategies along the entire supply chain within life science, diagnostic, and biopharmaceutical organizations. “Oliver has an extensive track record in operational excellence and brings a strategic vision as well as hands-on leadership in life sciences and biopharma manufacturing to our team. Throughout his career, he has consistently driven cross-functional initiatives aimed at process optimization, cost reduction, and digital transformation across the supply chain. He holds an engineering degree and a PhD in biochemical engineering from the Technical University of Dortmund.
