ayondo is looking for a new member for our dynamic team to help maintain current excellent standards and achieve our future goals in expanding our client base in the MENA region. You will be an integral part of the team and have a chance to be a part of the expansion at an early stage.

This role will be responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle with the focus to target prospective clients and to grow and develop a sustainable new business opportunity pipeline in the respective region. In order to achieve this, the graduate will undertake the sales and new business activity to deliver revenue and conversion targets from multiple products and services that ayondo offer.

The Person

Key Requirements:

  • Fluent English AND native Arabic is essential
  • Interest in financial markets and products (CFDs, Spread Betting, Social Trading)
  • University degree
  • Client facing work experience, preferably in the retail finance industry but not essential
  • A real desire and ambition to succeed
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • A dynamic and effective team player with strong work ethics
  • An exceptional and professional telephone manner, strong communication skills (verbal and written in English and Arabic) and the confidence to build and develop good relationships with clients.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Dealing with KYC documents and overseeing the account opening process
  • Actively contacting clients on the phone and email regarding KYC documents
  • Developing new relationships and managing existing relationships with our retail clients in the MENA Region
  • Actively encourage clients to maximise investments with ayondo
  • Servicing clients via phone and email dealing with all queries
  • Phone trading – execution of trades and orders from clients over the phone
  • Educating clients about ayondo’s products and services
  • Working closely and effectively with the team across the ayondo group, this includes Sales, Trading, Customer Services and Marketing.
  • Liaising closely with our institutional partners.

Role

Digital video is an extremely important component of our marketing efforts for the delivery of high quality content to our marketing channels. The digital video producer/editor will be embedded in the marketing team responsible for the production and editing of video advertising, how-to-videos, and other marketing related videos.

The candidate’s role will be to propose new ideas and work with the marketing team to iterate quickly on producing large numbers of clips that can be rapidly and tactically deployed by marketing, that can be A/B tested, e.g. different background colours, different music, with sound, or without sound, etc.

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, very creative and loves a challenge. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Passion for video content creation and editing.
  • Someone who embraces teamwork and can work with an international team.
  • Good design & layout skills, great eye for composition, colour, typography and detail-oriented.
  • Keenness to continuously learn and improve to maintain the highest standard of work.
  • Ability to develop a concept from client brief into a visual narrative and lead project to final delivery.
  • Remain flexible if / when designs need to change or direction is modified.
  • Positive, collaborative attitude.
  • Preferably 3+ years of proven experience in motion design.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated problem solver, dedication, positive attitude and flexibility.
  • A good communicator who is detail oriented and a team player.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:

  • Knowledge of Cinema 4D, After Effects is a must.
